✨ Salon Client Policy & Consent Form ✨

Please take a moment to read before your service.

1. Health & Safety

  • Please let your nail tech know about any allergies, infections, or sensitivities before your service.
  • We can’t work on open cuts, sores, or signs of infection (including ingrown toenails or fungus).
  • Our tools and stations are cleaned and disinfected after every client for your safety.

2. Cancellations & Late Policy

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a shorter service or rescheduling.

3. Refunds & Repairs

  • We don’t offer refunds once a service is completed.
  • If you have an issue with your nails, please contact us within 7 days for free repair (48h for regular polish).

4. Photos & Social Media

  • We love sharing our work! Photos may be taken during or after your service for social media.
  • If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know.

5. Consent & Release

  • We as a salon have the right to refuse service.
  • I understand all services are provided by licensed professionals and results may vary.
  • By signing below, I agree that I’ve read and understand the policies above.
